Irony is Truly Dead, Buried, and Will Never Be Resurrected in Los Altos

My lovely wife and I live in Silicon ValleyLos Altos is a nearby town.  According to Bloomberg, Los Altos ranked number 28 in average household income in the U.S. in 2016. Which makes this hysterical.

While passing through Los Altos a few days ago, we spotted this sign in front of two houses.

Los Altos Lawn SignReally?  You live in a city where the average household income is $265,087? And you claim to value “people and planet” over profits?  Sell your house, liquidate your assets, and give most of it away.  You can live comfortably in Omaha on ten percent of your current wealth.
