New York Population by County

This came up on Twitter. The issue is the percentage of voters upstate versus New York city. Click here to download my Excel workbook with New York population data. My estimate is 50% but I was too lazy to look up counties. If you adjust the figures, please email me your workbook or include it with a comment. Let me know how/ifyou would like to be credited.
