RIP Herman Cain

Herman Cain passed away a few days ago. One of the misunderstood parts of his life was his time as President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Journalists I respect have fumbled over his title. Here’s a short explanation of where he fit in the Federal Reserve system.
