Scott Lincicome on China

Scott Lincicome is a familiar name in these parts.  He is an international trade lawyer who has picked up a fair amount of economics along the way.  He excerpted an article from The Economist a few weeks ago about the increase in unemployment among 16-24 year olds in China.
