April 8 Market Bloodbath

April 8 was a very, very bad day on Wall Street. From now on this will be known as the April 8 market bloodbath.

By the way, apparently it was Japan, not China, dumping US securities.  But this provoked a long thread from Jakob Hanke Vela who brought a perspective from Europe.  I have to add that the Europeans are 100% correct.
