On Wednesday, April 2, President Trump imposed sweeping tariffs on, well, nearly everywhere on the planet. I haven’t looked closely, but I believe Antarctica was exempted. Among the tariffed locales were Heard and McDonald Islands, territories of Australia. McDonald may have a few human residents. But I believe Heard is human-free.
