Last week, I traded in my ancient Watch 3 for a shiny new Watch 6. My main purpose: fall detection. As I get older, this becomes an increasing concern. While looking at the Watch app, I saw this new metric:
It took me a few minutes to figure out why Apple thinks measuring “Time In Daylight” is important. Then it struck me. Suppose someone’s time in daylight is consistently 0 min. They are probably a vampire! So get outside wearing your watch during the day every once in a while. Unless, of course, you’re a vampire.
